A Tribute to John Scott

In Memory of John Scott
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of John Scott on Saturday, October 4.
John was one of the very first volunteers at Harvest Hands and played a significant role in shaping our organization during its early days. From picking up donations and packing orders to loading trucks and making deliveries, John faithfully served alongside Jim with enthusiasm and dedication. Many of our partner organizations had the privilege of meeting him and witnessing his genuine care for others.
John will be remembered for his servant heart, his kindness and humour, and his generosity of spirit. His love for life and people was evident in everything he did, and his legacy of compassion will continue to inspire all of us at Harvest Hands.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to John’s family and friends. He will be deeply missed by everyone who had the honour of knowing him.
